Two low-risk fixes batched into one release. All gates green.

A non-numeric `limit` (e.g. `?limit=abc`) or `since` previously let `int()`/`float()` raise `ValueError` up to the top-level handler; both are now parsed defensively (falling back to their defaults). The cron-output `limit` is also clamped to `[1, 500]` so a negative value can't reach the newest-first `files[:limit]` slice as `files[:-n]` (which would drop the oldest entries — or return an empty list when the magnitude exceeds the count — instead of the newest outputs), mirroring the guard `_handle_cron_run_detail` already uses (#3473, @Mubashirrrr).
