fix: MCP autoinject 在 Windows 桌面版使用绝对路径避免 PATH 查找失败 ( #1833 )

在 Windows 桌面版中，hermes-studio-mcp 命令可能不在 PATH 中，
导致 MCP 服务器启动时报 [WinError 2] 系统找不到指定的文件。
修改 managedCommandConfig() 优先使用 bundled script 绝对路径
(process.execPath + 脚本路径)，仅在 bundled script 不存在时才
回退到裸命令名。

fix(history): include local-only coding_agent sessions in History list ( #1816 )

The History view's session list is sourced from the Hermes CLI state.db via
listSessionSummaries. Sessions created only in the Web UI local store
(source = 'coding_agent', e.g. Claude Code / Codex runs) never reach state.db,
so they are absent from the History list.
listHermesSessions already iterated localSessions to merge local-only entries,
but gated the merge behind isArchivedSession(session). Active coding_agent
sessions have is_archived = 0, so !isArchivedSession(session) was true and the
loop continued past them -- they were never merged.
Drop the archived precondition so any local-only session whose source passes
isHermesHistorySessionSource (and matches the optional source filter) is merged.
This also fixes the dead-end where the chat panel's "view in history" link
(shown once a conversation exceeds ~300 loaded messages) redirects to an empty
History list because the target session is missing there.
Session detail and paginated-message endpoints already read the local store
first, so once the session is listed it opens correctly with full messages.
